Welcome to my site, this is a little about me and some of the work I have done in the advertising world.
I’ve been lucky enough to work with some of the most talented people, partner with the best brands and marketers around the world, all while having a lot of fun and joy along the way.
I got into ads for the people I get to be with day to day; who I am at work is who I am at home. And that’s a pretty special position to be in.
TBWA: To get a position interning here, I called the CSO everyday for 3 months until he finally picked up and said I had a day to prove myself. Two months later I was employed as a strategist across digital and activations accounts, namely the Diageo portfolio. I learnt a lot about liquor, built many websites, put my hand up for every pitch team and picked up a few awards along the way. I also realized that account management was where I needed to be and where I could add most value.
Saatchi & Saatchi: getting a call to join the Cadbury Dairy Milk team as a Management Supervisor after two years in the industry was something I could not pass up. Being part of an AOR team, in a TTL capacity and with an all-star team was part of my career I will never forget. I was promoted to Account Director after a year and went on to lead the Lexus Australia account. Between Drive Days, Melbourne Cup events, reinventing the brand in Australia and shoots every month - I was also given the opportunity to lead the Greenpeace account and developed an award-winning campaign that changed the Australian fishing industry.
R/GA Sydney: as one of the first 5 employees, I found my pitch experience and background in digital a perfect fit within this start-up environment. Leading new business wins which saw Red Bull, Twitter and Telstra become core clients of the agency. I learnt about a true global network, signed Keith Urban as an Ambassador for our lead financial client (I am a small town country girl at heart) and helped build the agency into 50 FTEs by the time I said good bye two years later.
R/GA NY: I couldn’t pack my bags fast enough to fulfill my life long dream of being a New Yorker. Leading start-up Jet.com before it was sold to Walmart 2 years later for $3.3b, we also picked up a Cannes Lions Grand Prix. Samsung Global & USA called, which saw much of my time in Seoul, South Korea - working across all lines of business and utilizing every discipline within R/GA.
I do a lot of listening here, you never feel like the smartest person in the room.
R/GA LA: A small office with big ambitions. We ran fast and nimble across major clients such as VF Corporation where we lead 12 brands through a triage through their pandemic comms, built the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures brand / campaign, won Oprahs Book Club (in partnership with Apple) turning this infamous book club digital for the first time and developed strategy for Angel City Football club; all of these brands were lead with purpose and intention.
R/GA CALIFORNIA: Leading a portfolio of clients and robust teams; I lead pitch the that won Patreon social, lead global content and digital experiences for Airbnb, developed the start-up Happy Money brand strategy and campaigns, lead marketing for Skillz Gaming and campaigns for Uber.
EA Games: I was posted as Marketing Director at EA Games working in their brand development team for 6 months. Leading strategy, partnerships, external (Global campaigns with digital and social focus) and internal brand comms.
Chief of Staff: I was a purpose-driven enabler, strategic initiator and implementer. Consulting and executing on the Vision of the agency, Growth Strategies, Restructures, DEI, PR and Thought Leadership and Employee Engagement.
FNDYOGA: Outside of advertising, I established Found Yoga. Teaching globally and based in Boulder, it helps me live my purpose - leading a joyful life and bringing joy to those around me.
